Terms of Use
Last updated: October 31, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Solutionever Technologies (a registered sole proprietorship, India), the owner and operator of DiffWeb. By using DiffWeb you accept them.
Who can use DiffWeb
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you.
Using the service
- The service is free, provided as-is, and may change or stop at any time.
- Rooms are limited in size, lifetime, messages and file storage. Rooms close automatically and their content becomes unavailable to everyone.
- You are responsible for what you send, who you invite, and who you let in.
- Room owners can approve, mute or remove people, lock the room and end the chat. Ownership may pass to another member if the owner leaves.
Not allowed
We do not support or tolerate any illegal activity. You alone are responsible for what you send. Using DiffWeb for anything illegal ends your access and may be reported to the authorities.
- Any content that sexualizes minors. We remove it, preserve evidence and report it to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.
- Sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent.
- Illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights, including copyright.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, incitement to violence, or doxxing, including through someone's Anonymous Inbox. Messages that bully someone or encourage self-harm are never allowed.
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, malware, phishing or spam, including through Secret Share or File Requests.
- Attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or break into the service.
Enforcement
We may close rooms, remove content, and restrict access from networks that break these terms. We may share information with law enforcement where the law requires.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in what you send. You give us only the permission needed to store, encrypt and deliver it to the people in your room, and to handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
DiffWeb is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that files shared by others are safe to open.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutionever Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any content sent by users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which for the free service is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Trademarks and official channels
DiffWeb™, the DiffWeb name and the DiffWeb logo are trademarks of Solutionever Technologies. You may not use them as the name of another app, website or service, in a domain name, or in any way that suggests we made, own or endorse something we did not.
The only official DiffWeb website is diffweb.com (diffweb.in forwards to it). Our official apps are the ones linked from diffweb.com. If you find a copy of DiffWeb, or someone asks you for your password or recovery key while claiming to be DiffWeb, please report it through our contact form.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use DiffWeb after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Use our contact form. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
